- Schedule intake interviews with interested candidates and present qualified candidates to the client.
4. Weekly Recruiting Reports
- Provide regular updates to the client regarding the progress of the recruiting process.
- Quantify the activities undertaken and share any challenges or obstacles encountered.
- Arrange additional telephone calls if necessary to address specific concerns or provide further information.
5. Facilitation of Interviews, Hiring, and Post-Hire Process
- Collaborate closely with the client to schedule interviews and collect feedback from both parties.
- Assist in completing necessary hiring documentation and processes.
- Follow up with the client after the candidate has been hired to ensure a smooth transition and assess the candidate’s progress in the new role.
